AGN is led by our Chief Executive Officer, Malcolm Ward. Malcolm has over 30 years of experience in the accounting industry, both as a client service partner in public practice, and in a range of senior management and leadership roles, both in the UK and globally.
Malcolm knows client service, knows the industry and knows how to run a professional services firm. He joined AGN in 2014 to develop an organisation dedicated to building value for its members and their clients, with a key focus on service and standards.
Malcolm reports to an International Board, elected by AGN’s members. Our International Board comprises of senior professionals from member firms in all of our four regions, ensuring that the benefit of their extensive experience and diversity of background is brought to bear.
